Further on, standard support services are provided based on a monthly fee, through e-mail, online chat, phone and remote administration tools.
Standard Support includes:
8 hours / day, between Monday and Friday - 08.00 GMT to 16.00 GMT of customer support
4 hours on Saturdays - 08.00 GMT to 12.00 GMT of customer support
