    2. find out the real Internet IP of this computer (Server_IP)

Processing report is fully customizable, allowing users to define their own reports, save and load them for further use.
In its present version, it answers to almost every service related question possible, no matter how complex such as:
How many nokia 3310, grade B, from customer "X", with faults "X,Y,Z" have been repaired between "begin_date" and "end_date" by user "X", what actions have been performed upon them, what spare parts were used and what was the profit on those repairs (price minus cost), etc...

We are pleased to announce that PhoneTrack implementation for Lexus Telecom has reached the final stage - testing - starting today. As users, workplaces, store spaces and products databases were initialized, IT department staff will run live tests including purchases, warehousing, sales orders, documents management and more.

As a result of initial negotiations, a partnership contract will be signed with a Jakarta based company, which will act as our main reseller for Indonesia. They will help us translate PhoneTrack in Indonesian language and also will provide customer support services in native language for their distinguished customers. Estimated date for Indonesian language release is April 1st, 2004.

We are currently negotiating terms of partnership with an Athens based company to represent us in Greece. Final contract will include Greek language translation and customer support specifications. Estimated date for Greek language release is April 1st, 2004.
