PhoneTrack - Modules

In its complete configuration, PhoneTrack has 9 built in modules which are fully integrated with each other but can be acquired separately depending on each company profile.

All modules come with the following built-in databases:

RETAIL COMMERCE


•  Record stock entries with full details on brand,model, grade, entry & sale price, and more
•  Record sales to customers by scanning IMEIs or product codes to final invoice

WHOLESALE COMMERCE

•  Trade phones through different levels of acquisitions and sales agents and managers
•  Interdepartmental instant messaging system with strict tasks assignments
•  Complex approvals system for sales and deliveries: manager grants or denies certain tasks

PRESELL


•  Record remote stock entries with full details on location, counterpart, prices and more
•  Record remote sales to customers by following specific sale completion steps

3RD PARTY SERVICE


•  Record temporary stock exits to external service companies for repairs
•  Record stock returns from external service companies
•  Update service details on grade, state and repair cost upon returned stock
